I've lived in the same place for 3 & a half years, they have always sent someone out instantly if I'm having trouble with something in my rental home, they have worked with me on my rent way more than enough times to count, Kyle Tom cares and Understands that when you have a Family sometimes times get tough, I have personally spoke with him and he is nothing but friendly and professional, so everyone that likes to bash his name is 100% wrong! I did not have a move in ready home which presents its own issues. There were some other personal factors that Kyle was aware of. He took the time to not only list and sell the house, but he also assisted me in the circumstances involving the personal issue related to the house and planned and assisted in our ability to transition. He looking at a worst case scenario and added comfort to the selling uncertainty by offering options that if needed would get us to a desired outcome that fits situation. In the end he sold the house, we made a profit, and I can say that if he can do for others what he did for us.. you would always want to associate with his services when buying/selling a home.
