Since entering the real estate profession in 2012, I have historically negotiated a 95% sale to list price ratio for each of my residential selling clients. I sold 6 of my residential listings in 2013 and currently have one more sold and two more pending in 2014. I also have an average marketing time of 4.8 months from list to close! All of this in a very difficult market for any realtor, not to mention one new to the profession. When you list with me, not only will you get the price you need, but your property will be sold in a reasonable amount of time.
So what about the buying side?
Buyers are much different than sellers. Even if you have just sold your home with me, when you get ready to buy I must “shift gears” so to speak. Your needs are now different and I must meet those needs. Additionally, 75% of my buyers are first time home buyers, who have all of the jitters you would expect when making their first major purchase!
